The focus of both Nikki (the creative designer, maker and decorator of our cakes) and Valerie (the business manager) is the client and their special day. Sugar & Spice - All Things Iced was inspired by a dream of Nikki's after the passing of her mother who had created cake sensations since Nikki was a small child.

Nikki felt compelled to carry on what her mother had passed down and found a business partner in Valerie (a retired police officer) over a beauty appointment where Nikki was working at the time. Sugar & Spice - All Things Iced was born.

Concerned with quality, not quantity, Nikki's designer cupcakes were the talk of the recent Cronulla Spring Fair with the designer Chanel Handbag cake evoking lots of umms and ahs. Nikki uses what has been passed down by her mother including her recipes and methodologies for making unbelievable cakes. Nikki's mother would be extremely proud of how her daughter has put into practice what she had taught her.
