How do I order a cake?

At Sugar & Spice - All Things Iced we believe that face to face contact with our clients is the best way to discuss your occasion and our prime objective is to make your day special with our handcrafted cakes. Nikki the cake creator extraordinaire will design, make and decorate the cake of your dreams. If you cannot make it to our beautiful premises we will of course make a home, office or other location visit. However, if you can, we recommend you visit our classy, chic, serene shop where we endeavour to add a special experience to your occasion.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We would prefer to have at least four to six weeks notice for major occasions such as weddings and engagements, and three weeks for other occasions. We are willing to try and accommodate if your request is not within those timeframes. We aim to reduce your stress and make the occasion even more special for you.

What happens when you visit our shop?

We offer a taste testing of three of your cake preferences for $20. We also offer refreshments to accompany your taste testing. The tasting will include three generous servings, enough for a few people to attend with you. If you proceed to order, the tasting fee will be deducted from your total cost of the cake. Whilst you are enjoying refreshments Nikki will talk to you about your ideas for the your cake and provide a sketch for you based on your desires and needs.
